Description
Ordregiver udbyder herved anskaffelsen af en Service Desk funktion til Dansk Retursystem. Ordregiver søger en kompetent leverandør, der skal levere komplet 1st level Service Desk inkl. brugeradministration, klientdrift, triagering, løsning af standardopgaver, support for møde- og AV-udstyr, driftsovervågning, koordinering med 2nd/3rd level såvel som relevant samarbejde med Dansk Retursystems øvrige eksterne leverandører. Service Desk-funktionen skal understøtte Ordregivers processer, governance, sikkerhedskrav og værktøjer, herunder ved brug af Ordregivers ITSM-platform som primært arbejdsredskab.
