Description

The Scottish Courts and Tribunals Service (SCTS) is procuring the AFD Postcode Plus service, supplied through Computacenter, to support address lookup and validation functionality across several internal digital systems. These include Sigma, the Mental Health Tribunal System (MHTS), and the Criminal Appeals Office (CAO) platforms. The Contract will last for a period of 12 months. Its primary purpose is to provide accurate postcode and address lookup functionality within SCTS digital systems, enabling users to quickly identify and populate verified address information. This supports efficient data entry, improves data accuracy, and reduces the risk of manual input errors when recording address details.
