Support for First Stop Emergency Access Accommodation

Description

South Lanarkshire Council are committed to developing and implementing an additional First Stop Emergency Access Accommodation Service in Hamilton, South Lanarkshire. The service will comprise of 15-20 emergency access temporary accommodation units with individual bathroom facilities and shared kitchen facilities. There will be a requirement to provide a 24/7 service to homeless households accessing this service. It is anticipated that this will be a mix of single person, couples and families with children. The Council have a desired go live date of Summer 2026. Lot 1: The procurement will be conducted via the Open Tendering Procedure and the ITT will be published on Public Contract Scotland Tender.
