Procurement - service contract reserved for non-profit organisations for the operation of Fagerborghjemmet

Description

Sykehjemsetaten invites tenderers to a procurement for the operation of 58 24 hour places with all the necessary accompanying functions, and 12 places in a day centre at Fagerborghjemmet. The agreement is reserved non-profit providers in accordance with the Public Procurement Regulations dated 12 April 2016 no. 974 (PPR) section 30-2a, as well as the Public Procurement Regulations (PPR) section 2-4 letter h. The contract will be implemented as a business transfer with the provisions as stated in the Working Environment Act chapter 16. The contracting authority can extend the contract on the same terms for a further 1+1 year.
