Description

The Contract is to provide Aberdeenshire Council with Construction Design Services split into 5 lots: Lot 1 - Architecture and Associated Services Lot 2 - Landscape Architecture and Associated Services Lot 3 – Structural and Civil Engineering and Associated Services Lot 4 - Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health Engineering and Associated Services Lot 5 - Quantity Surveying and Project Management Services and Associated Services Please note this framework's other key users will be Aberdeen City Council and The Highland Council. Lot 1: Architecture and Associated Services This Lot is for the provision of Architectural and associated services for the alteration and refurbishment of existing properties and the construction of new build properties within the Aberdeenshire property portfolio. Lot 2: Landscape Architecture and Associated Services This Lot is for the provision of Landscape Architecture and associated services for the alteration and refurbishment of existing properties and the construction of new build properties within the Aberdeenshire property portfolio. Lot 3: Structural and Civil Engineering and Associated Services This Lot is for the provision of Civil and Structural Engineering and associated services for the alteration and refurbishment of existing properties and the construction of new build properties within the Aberdeenshire property portfolio. Lot 4: Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health Engineering and Associated Services This Lot is for the provision of Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health Engineering and associated services for the alteration and refurbishment of existing properties and the construction of new build properties within the Aberdeenshire property portfolio.
