Description

The development will consist of the refurbishment and extension of the existing detached single‑storey Public House known as An Club Oileán Thoraí, including: • Demolition of the existing entrance porch to the front. • Demolition of the existing kitchen and store to the rear and reconstruction of both. • Installation of new windows and doors. • Re-slating of the roof. • Construction of a disabled-access ramp. • Guard rails to the existing front boundary walls. • Raised patio area to the rear. • New insulated concrete floor throughout. • Internal walls lined with insulated plasterboard. • New insulated ceilings to main lounge and toilet block. • New external keg store. • New concrete paths. • Alterations to stage lighting and sound systems. • New dance floor and new stage. • Internal alterations, finishes and decoration. • New oil‑fired boiler with bunded oil tank.
