Description

The contracting authority requests tenders for the delivery of Sleep Apnoea mouthpieces (Norwegian: SAS) to the specialist health service in the four health regions Southd Eastern Norway Regional Health Authority, Western Norway Regional Health Authority, Northern Norway Regional Health Authority and Central Norway Regional Health Authority. The annual value of products included in the contract is estimated to NOK 7 million, excluding VAT. The value is based on available statistics. The stated consumption is only a guideline and is not representing any obligation for the Contracting Authority or Customer. See the tender documentation for more information. The contracting authority requests tenders for Sleep Apnoea mouthpieces (hereinafter referred to as SAS) for the treatment of obstructive sleep apnoea where CPAP cannot be used. The adjustment of SAS shall be made either at the respective health trust's dentists, or possibly by an external dentist that the individual health trust uses for adjustment of SAS. All patients who are to receive Sleep Apnoea mouthpiece treatment must be approved by the responsible therapist at the relevant health authority. The department responsible for the treatment at the respective health trusts must register, record and evaluate the treatment according to its own guidelines.
