The University of South East Norway (USN), c/o the Institute for maritime operations, shall enter into a Framework Agreement with one tenderer for the procurement of maritime safety courses (STCW). The contract includes: — course in basic safety training (formerly IMO 60), — course in advanced safety training (formerly IMO 80), — medical treatment course. In addition USN would like an option for updating courses for the above-mentioned courses and other similar courses that the tenderer offers.
