LI2921C – Request for Tender under Open (OJEU) Procedure for the Provision of an Electronic Resource Management (ERM) System designed specifically for Library Consortia Consortium Members for Maynooth

Description

The Education Procurement Service (EPS) on behalf of Maynooth University (the Contracting Authority) invites tenders (Tenders) to this request for tenders (RFT) from economic operators (Tenderers) for the provision of a workflow tool and Electronic Resource Management (ERM) specially designed for a library consortium to help them with their daily management tasks, such as evaluating, selecting, pricing, invoicing and administrating their electronic subscriptions. The tool is a central data repository for IReL’s e-resources. This application is core to the day to day operations of IReL. Note that the requested software system needs to be “off the shelf” and available to use as required once the tender is awarded. IReL do not have the resources/time to assist in development of required functionality.
