Oslo municipality, c/o the Gamle Oslo District, henceforth referred to as the contracting authority invites tenderers to a tender contest for Basic service for Ensjøtunet Omsorg+. Ensjøtunet Omsorg+ is a concept with co-located flats with service and 24/7 staffing. The service area includes a reception area, an activity centre with a cafeteria, premises for service providers and a personnel base for home care services. The service must provide security, promote health, stimulate to activities, social gathering and inspire voluntary contributions. Ensjøtunet Omsorg+ in Malerhaugveien 10B is a renovated building and it must be in operation as Ensjøtunet Omsorg+ in 2015. See also the tender documentation.
