Lisburn and Castlereagh City Council wish to appoint suitably qualified firms for the provision of inspection, testing, servicing and compliance certification for Fire Protection Equipment across Lisburn and Castlereagh City Councils portfolio of properties. This specification outlines the requirements for the provision of inspection, testing, servicing and compliance certification for Fire Protection Equipment across Lisburn and Castlereagh City Councils portfolio of properties – this will include large leisure facilities and administrative centres. Inspection and Maintenance of Fire Protection Equipment is to include the provision, implementation or creation of these Key Elements: 1) Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) for: • Fire Extinguishers (all types) • Fire Blankets • Fire Hydrants • Wet Risers • Dry Risers • Fire Hose Reels • Ansul Kitchen Suppression Systems • Associated ancillary equipment 2) Remedial and Reactive Maintenance (RM) 3) Software and Support 4) Asset Survey 5) Drawings 6) Certification
