Fire Safety Works Framework

Description

GPHG owns and manages 892 buildings which are subject to Fire Risk Assessments (FRAs), on which we expect to conduct circa 450 FRAs per annum, and seeks to institute an Open Framework of four suppliers to complete works in remedy of Fire Risk Assessment recommendations, and other Fire Safety Works. The overwhelming majority of the work will be on passive, rather than active firestopping measures. GPHG envisages that the first iteration of the Open Framework will remain in place for three years, but reserves the right to re-open sooner than that. Entry to the Framework will be via a three stage process, narrowing the number of tenders still in contention at each stage: Stage 1: PSQ & Pricing Submission Stage 2: Written Quality Response Stage 3: In Person Interview Suppliers should note that tender pricing will be evaluated against optimum pricing, implying that the tenders with the lowest prices may not pass Stage 1: see section 3.5 of the Invitation To Tender for details.
