Description
The Council requires the provision of specialist surveying services to undertake a comprehensive roof condition survey and intrusive leak investigation at Etwall Leisure Centre (ELC), with the purpose of: - Identifying the root causes of water ingress, particularly around the swimming pool lantern interface and the Gym roof area. - Assessing the overall condition and remaining life expectancy of the roofing systems - Producing clear, prioritised remediation recommendations supported by annotated evidence and indicative budgets.
