Description

Bantry General Hospital (BGH) located in West Cork is part of the HSE South West network of hospitals. BGH provides acute general hospital services to the population of the West Cork area. Bantry General Hospital is a 118- bedded Acute General Hospital and provides within available resources a comprehensive range of inpatient, outpatient and day case services. The proposed works comprises of the complete supply and installation of a new patient bed lift installation at Bantry General Hospital, Bantry, Co. Cork. The lift will be a bespoke 1,600kg bed lift complete within a dedicated lift shaft. The project includes all Civil, Structural and Architectural associated with the construction of the lift shaft. Tendering contractors are to include performing the role as Main Contractor and PSCS and for completing all works detailed and outlined within the full suite of tender documents (Including but not limited to Demolitions / Alterations; Diversion of services; Necessary temporary works; Substructures; Internal Walls; Structural frame; Internal wall completions; Suspended ceilings and ceiling finishes; Walls finishes internally; Floor finishes; Mechanical Installations; Electrical Installations; Lift Installations; Built in fittings; Phasing; Safety and Health; all necessary Coordination and Management).
