DoF is placing this voluntary transparency notice to alert economic operators of its intention to modify P9290 — Labour Relations Agency — IS Managed Service in accordance with Regulation 72 (1) (b) and 72 (1) (c) of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. It is intended that this modification will extend the contract for 24 months (with an option to extend by a further 12 months), and increase the value by up to GBP 255 000. This transparency notice does not place any obligation on the authority to enter into this modification. This is to allow for the provision of necessary services required for the contract and resource provision affected by Covid-19, which were unforeseen, under the PCR 2015 Regulation 72 (1) (b) and 72 (1) (c).
