2021/1578 Procurement of forklift trucks for the Regional Logistics Centre, Central Norway Regional Health Authority

Description

The purpose of the invitation is the procurement of various forklift trucks for Central Norway Regional Health Authority's (HMN) new regional warehouse. HMN will establish a Regional Logistics Centre (RLS) for all its health trusts and distribute products to them. The RLS will be dimensioned to handle 4,500 SKU, with an annual volume of approx. 1.2 million order lines, of which approx. 800,000 order lines are planned to be automated. Lot 1: The procurement shall be carried out as an open tender contest in accordance with the Law of 17 June 2016, no. 73, and the Public Procurement Regulations from 12 August 2016 no. 974 concerning Public Procurements (PPR) parts I and III. Demonstration and test drive concludes the evaluation. The objective of the demonstration and test drive is to test the forklift trucks in an environment similar to the operation of the RLS as much as possible. A demonstration and test drive of the offered forklift trucks must therefore conducted in a warehouse with shelves and a headroom of minimum 8 metres. Place of execution: the Trondheim region or the Oslo region The contracting authority uses eBevis in this contest. eBevis enables the contracting authority to electronically obtain information that documents fulfilment of the qualification requirements connected to a company registration certificate and financial capacity, and that there are no grounds for rejection due to taxes and duties. The contracting authority can get access to company information from the Brønnøysund Register Centre and arrears from the Norwegian Tax Authority. Before the contracting authority can obtain information through eBevis, you must give consent. This is done in Altinn.
