Oslo Municipality, c/o Renovasjons- og gjenvinningsetaten, hereafter referred to as the contracting authority, invites tenderers to an open tender contest for the procurement of a framework agreement for the hire of construction machines. The agreement only applies to rental of construction machines WITHOUT drivers.
