Undertake monitoring and inspection visits of supported living accommodation and services in Luton and out of area, where young people aged 16+ and Care Leavers aged 18+ have been placed by Luton Council. The Single Provider will be expected to use Luton 'Other Arrangements' framework (see attached), compile a report detailing the findings and making recommendations for improvements as appropriate.
