Crematorium Audio-Visual Media equipment and support contract via CCS RM6237 LVPS DPS

Description

Southend-on-Sea City Council requires the two chapels at Sutton Road crematorium to have the installation and supply of appliances that provide music and visual tribute services, equipment (camera, screens, speakers, microphones and cable etc), digital & physical copies of tributes as keepsakes, and webcasting for funerals services. Music licensing and other associated rights and maintenance/servicing of equipment to be managed by the supplier. A hosted, secure online (via individual funeral director log ins) platform where music requests may be made from the supplier's library, along with facility for funeral directors or the applicant for the funeral to upload photos and videos for playback during the service. Additional information: The lower contract value is for hardware, software, services and support only and the greater contract value is for hardware, software, services, support and a 3 year estimate for Media sales based on the current level.
