Social media contact and engagement platform

Description

The Contracting Authority has procured a multi- supplier framework agreement (2 suppliers) on behalf of UK Policing and other Bluelight emergency services. This will be for a period of 4 years (with an initial term of 2 years and the option for the Contracting Authority acting in its sole discretion, to extend for two further periods of 1 years each), commencing on 23 April 2021. The framework will be for the delivery of a mobile & desktop based social media management platform, which will enable users to operate and control all their corporate social media channels in one place in a safe, secure and auditable way.
