Grass Cutting and Bin Emptying

Melksham Without Parish Council is inviting tenders for grass cutting and bin emptying in various parts of the Parish (Bowerhill, Berryfield, Beanacre) for a 3/5 year contract, commencing 1st April 2025. A full specification can be obtained via the Parish Council on 01225 705700 or by email: admin@melkshamwithout-pc.gov.uk The closing date for receipt of tenders is Monday 20th January 2025 at midday. Please note that tenders and documents MUST be placed in a sealed envelope. The envelope shall not bear any name or mark indicating your name. The envelope containing the tender document must be clearly marked "Tender for grounds maintenance" on the outside. Tenders can only be accepted during our office hours which are from 9.15am-5:15pm, Monday to Thursday and 9.15am-4.45pm on Friday. Please note that the parish council office will close at midday on Friday 20th December for the Christmas break and will reopen on Monday 6th January at 9.15am. NO tenders should be delivered during the period that the office is closed.
