Description

Bærum kommune [Bærum municipality] intends to sign an updated maintenance contract for a shift system for Visma Enterprise Ressursstyirng (VER). Bærum kommune [Bærum municipality] has a shift system used by multiple sectors in the municipality. The purpose of the system is to ensure access to qualified resources, as well as present a duty-book for the employees via a planning and shift tool. The system was acquired in 2007. Throughout the entire period, the system has been operated and administrated by the municipality. The system functions well and it is preferable to continue using this system. AS the system is 13 year olds and that adjustments have been made underway, there is a need to sign an updated maintenance contract suited to the current need and framework provisions. It is planned to sign a new maintenance contract with Visma so that the municipality can continue to operate and administer the current system. Government Standard Contract SSA-V (maintenance contract) will be used as contract regulation.
