LB Hillingdon - Refurbishment/renovation works of tennis courts

The London Borough of Hillingdon (LBH) is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experience contractor to undertake refurbishment and or renovation works at number of tennis courts sites outlined below; • Northwood Rec Ground, Northwood- Courts 1-4. No work required at Court No.5. • Rosedale Park, Hayes- 6 courts • Harmondsworth Rec Ground, Harmondsworth - 2 courts • Swakeleys Park, Swakeleys Drive, Ickenham – 2 courts • Cavendish Rec Ground, Ruislip – 5 courts • Hillingdon Court Park, Hillingdon – 4 courts The contract commencement date is 3rd May 2022, and all works are required to be substantially completed within 6 months. Tenderers are to note that the scope of works required maybe subject to change. The Statement of Works and all tender documents can be accessed via our tender portal, www.capitalesourcing.com. Tenderers must be a member of Sports & Play Construction Association (SAPCA).
