A Theory of Change for the Violence Against Women, Domestic Abuse and Sexual Violence Strategy

This research will develop a Theory of Change to understand the relationship between national policy on VAWDASV and the outcomes of people the policy seeks to effect. Stakeholders from the VAWDASV Blueprint action plan will be involved in developing a logic model to better understand how the shared governance structure approach supports the implementation of the national strategy. The Theory of Change will also support stakeholders to make strategic decisions for the delivery of the VAWDASV strategy in its current form and inform its review in the future. The policy team seeks to involve an external contractor to develop an objective approach to facilitating research in order to create a Theory of Change and support stakeholders in making strategic decisions for the delivery of the strategy’s objectives.
