TfGM Connected Vehicle Data

Description

TfGM on behalf of Safer Roads Greater Manchester (SRGM) Partnership is seeking a connected vehicle data provider to collaborate with Transport for Greater TfGM internal teams and partners. SRGM is a multi-agency partnership dedicated to reducing fatalities and serious injuries on Greater Manchester’s (GM) roads by influencing attitudes and behaviours. The Safer Roads Partnership is responsible for countywide functions, as agreed with Greater Manchester partners, including casualty data and analysis, performance monitoring, and safety camera operations. SRGM Partnership is committed to eliminating fatal and life-changing injuries on Greater Manchester’s roads by 2040. The objective is to deliver a comprehensive suite of analytical services aimed at deepening our understanding of road user behaviour and collision risk. In addition, several further benefits and use cases for connected vehicle data have been identified within TfGM and its partner network. TfGM are using a 2-stage Competitive Flexible procedure under PA23 to source a supplier and this will be a 1+2 contract term. Keywords: Connected Vehicle Data, Connected Vehicle, Data Collection
