Affordable Housing Framework Mini Tender 2 - Plots 2 & 9 Townhill Park Estate

This opportunity is being offered to all the Affordable Housing Delivery Partners that have expressed an interest in the sites. Southampton City Council ("The Council") is keen to maximise the sites' potentials and gain as much social rented properties as your schemes will allow, whilst ensuring your schemes are financially viable. This tender is for Plot 2 @ circa 3.48 acres & Plot 9 @ circa 1.78 acres in the Townhill Park Estate. Please note these plots will be released as one and the successful Delivery Partner will be required to take both plots and progress them in tandem or as close to as your delivery programme will allow.
