Description
We require to procure a contractor to undertake reactive repairs to the Digital TV systems that are the responsibility of River Clyde Homes and are located within Inverclyde. Lot 1: River Clyde Homes (RCH) are looking to procure a competent and experienced company to undertake ad-hoc reactive repairs to the circa 6,000 Digital TV Systems which are the responsibility of RCH and are located within the Inverclyde area. For background, approximately 12 jobs are carried out through this contract each month. The majority of jobs attended to are no signal; the other most common job relates to loose cables / no aerial point in properties. An address list is provided as Appendix E. Generally, all Reactive Repairs must be responded to and resolved within 5 working days. However, on rare occasions RCH may deem that a reactive repair requires urgent attention. These jobs must be responded to and resolved within 4 hours.
