North Ayrshire Council (“NAC”) requires an appropriately qualified and experienced masterplan consultant and design team to develop a residential masterplan for an area of NAC owned land at Cairnmount, Irvine - also referred to as Montgomerie Park East. The masterplan consultant will act as the lead of the design team. The residential masterplan is to be developed taking into consideration best practice guidance, market feedback and the following: - Evidenced based site analysis to inform concept design. - Masterplan that blends best practice design with residential market requirements. - Phasing strategy that reflects market interest. - A masterplan that integrates the surrounding landscape.
