Description

Supply of: reams of natural white paper (500 sheets) for photocopies and for laser and ink-jet printers in A4 format (cm. 21 x 29.7 - gr. 80/sqm) and reams of recycled paper (500 sheets) for photocopies and for laser and ink-jet printers A4 format (cm.21 x 29.7 - gr. 80/mq). The estimated quantity for lot 1 is 62 072 reams of natural A4 paper and No 26 604 reams of recycled A4 paper. These quantities have been determined on a presumptive basis, therefore they are provided for information only and are not binding for contractual purposes. Clear base price of natural A4 paper stack: EUR 2.55 (VAT excluded). Clear base price of recycled A4 paper stack: EUR 2.61 (VAT excluded). The estimated total value of the lot is EUR 227 720.04 (VAT excluded). To participate in the tender in relation to the lot in question, the economic operators attending, even if gathered, must necessarily have a specific turnover (for the supply of reams of paper), achieved in the 3-year period 2017-2019, at least equal to EUR 85 395.01 (1, 5 times the annual value of the lot). The bodies/detachments of lot 1, indicated in Annex ‘A’ of the technical specifications, will be able to carry out a maximum of No 2 orders per year for the supply of paper, the delivery of which will be at the risk and expense of the supplier at the Carabinieri Command indicated in annex ‘C’ of the technical specifications corresponding to each ordering body/detachment. The estimated quantity for lot 2 is 88 308 reams of A4 natural paper and No 37 844 reams of recycled A4 paper. These quantities have been determined on a presumptive basis, therefore they are provided for information only and are not binding for contractual purposes. Clear base price of natural A4 paper stack: EUR 2.55 (VAT excluded). Clear base price of recycled A4 paper stack: EUR 2.61 (VAT excluded). The estimated total value of the lot is EUR 323 958.24 (VAT excluded).
