The University is seeking to appoint a contractor to provide a total ground maintenance service at both Paisley and Ayr campuses. Lot 1: The University wishes to appoint a contractor to deliver a total ground maintenance service at our Ayr and Paisley campuses. This is a year round service which will include, but not be limited to, the following: Litter Clearing and Disposal Grass Cutting Leaf Collection Flower beds/Shrubs/ Bushes Maintenance Pruning Shrubs/ Bushes/hedges Pruning and Maintenance of Trees Weed Control A summer and winter schedule will be in place for all services required.
