The service will support residents in treatment and recovery from substance to achieve sustained employment. The decision was made through the Cabinet Approval process. No Conflicts of Interest were raised. Following the evaluation the preferred provider is: Groundwork Greater Manchester Trafford Ecology Park, Lake Road, Manchester, Greater Manchester, M17 1TU
