Description

In this competition, tenderers are invited to submit tenders for 2 packages: Package 1: The ferry routes Borgan — Ramstadlandet and Eidshaug — Gjerdinga; Package 2: The fast boat route Namsos — Rørvik — Leka. Tenderers can: 1) Submit a tender for only one of the packages; 2) Submit independent and separate tenders for each package; 3) Submit a combined tender for both of the packages. This requires that the tenderer also has submitted independent and separate tenders for each package (cf. B). If the same company has won packages 1 and 2, either as independent tenders (B), or as a combined tender (C), a joint contract will be signed for the packages. The assignment will be regulated by the attached contract provisions, cf. the Procedure Rules, point 1.5. The routes must be operated from 1.1.2020 to 31.12.2024. The Contracting Authority has a unilateral option to extend the contract for up to 2 years (1+1). The extent of, and requirements for, the delivery are detailed in Part B of the contract. Package 1 Borgan-Ramstadlandet and Eidshaug — Gjerdinga The ferry route Borgan — Ramstadlandet connects the island community Borgan to Ramstadlandet in Outer Vikna. The ferry route Eidshaug -Gjerdinga connects the island community Gjerdinga to the mainland at Eidshaug. The routes must be operated from 1.1.2020 to 31.12.2024. The Contracting Authority has a unilateral option to extend the contract for up to 2 years (1+1), (cf. the Contract Part A ‘General Contract Terms’, point 3). Package 2 Namsos — Rørvik — Leka The fast boat route calls at Namsos, Jøa, Abelvær, Rørvik, Eidshaug, Fjølvika, Skei and Gutvik. The route also calls at Gjæslingan in the period 09.05 — 31.08. The current route calls at Nordøyan in the period 07.07 — 11.08, but the route is a commercial route and is not part of this tender. The routes must be operated from from 1.2.2020 to 31.1.2024. The Contracting Authority has a unilateral option to extend the contract for up to 2 years (1+1), (cf. the Contract Part A ‘General Contract Terms’, point 3).
