External Building Cleaning Service

Description

Ayrshire College is seeking a company to provide an external building cleaning service across specified buildings at Ayrshire College’s Ayr and Kilwinning Campuses. The works will include the cleaning of external building elements, using appropriate methods to avoid damage to building fabric, finishes, fixtures, or adjacent areas. Lot 1: The service required is for a single provider to clean the external fabric of buildings at Ayrshire College’s Ayr and Kilwinning Campuses using appropriate methods to avoid damage to building fabric, finishes, fixtures, or adjacent areas. The contractor will agreed an initial programme to clean all buildings and thereafter the service provision will be on an as required basis.
