The scope of the Contract is the provision of Alarm Monitoring Services to Jigsaw Homes Group properties. Lot 1: The scope of the Contract is the provision of Alarm Monitoring Services to Jigsaw Homes Group properties. There are 2 current arrangements in place: 1.Alarm Monitoring Services to Jigsaw Homes Tameside and Jigsaw Jomes Midlands. A single contract is in place with an expiry date of 31st July 2025 2.Alarm Monitoring Services to Jigsaw Homes North. A rolling arrangement is in place with a single provider The key statistics of the Alarm Monitoring Services are: •Tameside – 24 schemes and 589 connections •Midlands – 21 schemes and 1,055 connections •North – 102 schemes and 2,530 connections Jigsaw is currently 70% through a programme of upgrading social alarm equipment to a digitally ready product in block schemes and replacing hardwired systems to dispersed alarms in standalone properties. Further details regarding scheme locations, kit types, staffing hours and call volumes and are set out in the Specification The Contract will last for an initial period of 3 years, with an option to extend at Jigsaw’s discretion for up to 2 additional years, giving a total potential term of 5 years. The Contract will commence in August 2025. A single provider will be appointed. The Contract will not be divided into separate lots.
