LTT is issuing this invitation to tender (ITT) for the provision of Real Estate Advisory Services for the Cleeves Riverside Quarter Development in Limerick City. The purpose of the appointment is to assist LTT in assessing: • The market readiness of the proposed development; • The optimum development and delivery strategy for each development zone/site; and • The most appropriate funding, investment and disposal structures for the proposed development. The appointment shall include strategic market advice, commercial analysis and recommendations regarding the preferred development, funding and disposal strategy for the proposed development zones.
