Description

The objective of the procurement is to meet the contracting authority’s need for excavating municipal engineering sites and transport. Excavating Municipal engineering sites, water and sewage installations and summer and winter maintenance on roads. Transport for the assignments shall be included in the tender. The contract will include the hire of site machines such as wheeled excavators, excavators on caterpillar tracks, dumper trucks, road graders and lorries. The hire includes drivers with satisfactory driving licences. The contracting authority aims to enter into framework agreements with two tenderers within both areas — machines and lorries. We aim to have an almost equal distribution of the assignments during the contract period. The contracting authority can also choose to hold mini-competitions between the tenderers. The award criteria for such competitions can be price, assignment comprehension, competence and delivery time. The use of the criteria and weighting can vary from assignment to assignment, these will be explicitly announced for each competition. Assignments awarded after a mini-competition will not be included in the percentage distribution mentioned above.
