Snow-clearing services

Description

Elverum kommune c/o eiendomsstaben (Elverum Municipality c/o the Property Department) will enter into a framework agreement for machine winter maintenance in the form of snow clearing and gritting of approx. 35 municipal properties. The contracting authority will take care of snow removal and collection of gritting gravel in spring. Tenderers must keep/store the snow at specified depots on the properties where snow clearing will take place, see the route map (Annex). The municipal properties where winter maintenance shall be performed are i.a. schools, nursery school, institutions, sports buildings and administration buildings, spread over large parts of the municipality. The objective of this procurement is to keep the municipality’s municipal spaces accessible and safe during the winter half of the year. Tenderers must have suitable equipment adapted to the assignments at the different properties. The number of snow clearing and gritting assignments will vary each winter season depending on downfall and temperature. Elverum municipality requests a fixed price per property and combined per route throughout the contract period. In order for the assignments to be attractive to submit offers on, multiple properties are combined to into geographic areas. The assignments will be priced for each individual property in Annex F, price form, but awarded per geographic are according to the lowest price. The areas are defined in the price form. It is possible to submit tenders for one, multiple or all combinations of geographic areas. A separate evaluation will take place for each geographic area. Tenderers can, thus, risk losing one area and winning another with an identical tender. Maximum one tender for each area will be awarded. The value of the procurement is anticipated to be NOK 4 million.
