Framework agreement for cleaning articles - 2023-2027

Description

The aim of the framework agreement(s) is to cover the need for cleaning products, paper, plastic, cleaning supplies, paper, etc., for the municipalities' units as described in the contest documents. We would like to use this contest to increase the focus on the use of planned procurements in the municipalities' units. The goal is to have a more standardised product selection, and thereby a lower number of product lines, but a greater volume of the products that are in the planned procurements. Greater focus on the use of planned procurements can lead to a change in consumer patterns. The participating municipalities, Vefsn, Grane, and Hattfjelldal, will sign identical contracts based on the contract awarded to the chosen tenderer(s) and will have responsibility for and follow-up of their own contracts during the entire contract period. Any status meetings can be held jointly if this is found appropriate.
