Sykehuset Levanger [Levanger Hospital] wants tenders for an endoscopic ultrasound and ultrasound machine for transabdominal ultrasound. An EUS scope of high quality will be procured, divided into one linear scope dimensioned for stent placement and one radial scope. The same tender should contain offers for ultrasound apparatus for transabdominal ultrasound including two probes and an option for a third and fourth probe. Questions about the tender submitted after 08.07.2021 will first be answered after 09.08.2021. Lot 1: Endoscopic ultrasound (EUS) will be used for diagnosis, characterisation of tumours, sample-taking and various therapeutic procedures from the gastrointestinal tract. This includes cancer diagnosis and staging of bile-pancreas possibly ventricle and oesophagus. Furthermore it includes drainage and stent placement. The ultrasound machine will be used for transabdominal ultrasound. General ultrasound of the abdomen will also be performed in addition to specific examinations of liver, pancreas and bowel. Tenders should be given for ultrasound apparatus for transabdominal ultrasound including probes that satisfy the stated area of use and function.
