Installation services of electrical equipment

Description

The objective of the tender competition is to enter into a framework agreement for electrical installation services for Harstad municipality. The contract is divided into the following lots: 1) High-voltage and low-voltage installations; 2) Annual inspection of fire alarms and emergency lighting systems, as well as maintenance and improvements of existing systems; 3) Works with water and sewage installations. A detailed description is given in the Requirement Specification. Lot 1 includes all types of electrical installation assignments that are not covered by lots 2 and 3. Including general electrical installation assignments and electrical inspections for the entire agreement. Assignments that typically require competence in high-voltage systems are installation of sockets, switches, lighting, motor controllers, etc. Assignments that typically require competence in low-voltage systems are works for patient alarm systems, burglar alarms, spread networks for telecommunication/data, etc. A detailed description is given in the Requirement Specification. The tenderer must conduct annual inspections of fire alarms and emergency lighting in municipal buildings, in accordance with the overview of buildings in the price sheet, as well as maintenance and improvement of current systems. Electrical services will include maintenance, upgrading and minor installations for existing installations. Elevated water treatment facilities, elevated basins, sewage pump stations, water pump stations as well as a back-up water facilities. This lot requires documentation showing that the tenderer has experience with works for water and sewage installations.
