The works comprise re-roofing and associated works to the existing school building flat roof. Works to include re-roofing to the existing flat roof section of roof located to the rear of the existing school building (overlaying existing roof coverings), installation of new rooflights, associated fascia and soffit, gutter and downpipe and lead flashings together with all ancillary and associated site works and the making good and reinstatement of areas disturbed by the works.
