I-4571: Staying Well At Home (SWAH) Open Framework: Stage 1 – Invitation to Participate (ITP)

Description

Oxfordshire County Council is seeking to procure a new Homecare Framework covering the delivery of Homecare, Discharge to Assess (D2A) and Reablement services across Oxfordshire. The county has been divided into five operational Zones, and services will be delivered through a two-tier provider model. This notice relates to Stage 1 of Oxfordshire County Council’s two-stage Competitive Flexible Procedure (CFP) procurement process. At Stage 1, providers are invited to submit an Invitation to Participate (ITP) response to demonstrate that they meet the eligibility and selection requirements necessary to progress in the procurement process. Only those providers that successfully satisfy the Stage 1 requirements will be shortlisted and invited to participate in Stage 2 – Invitation to Tender (ITT), where detailed tender submissions will be evaluated for appointment to the Framework.
