DR4988: Mainstream Grants Evaluation 2015 - 2018

Description

The London Borough of Tower Hamlets wishes to commission a suitable organisation to undertaking evaluation work on the following two MSG funding programmes and develop and undertake a robust evaluation of the impact of Tower Hamlets Grants Programmes over the next 3 years. 1. A final evaluation of its 2012-15 MSG programme which completed on 31st August 2015. 2. A rolling evaluation of its 2015-18 MSG programme which will run from 1st September 2015 to 31st August 2018. This would include three stages: an early stage evaluation, an interim evaluation and a final evaluation. 3. Develop and implement a clear process for the annual review of approvals, outcomes and developments of all grant funded programmes across the council.
