Description

The Association of North East Councils Trading as the North East Procurement Organisation (NEPO) is seeking to establish a multi-supplier, multi-lot Framework Agreement for the provision of Workwear and PPE for use by contracting authorities throughout the United Kingdom. NEPO intends to publish an Invitation to Tender via the Open eTendering system. Suppliers wishing to be considered for this Framework Agreement must register their expression of interest and submit a tender through the NEPO's eTendering system. If not already registered, candidates should register on the Oepn eTender system at https://www.nepo.org/open. Tenders must be submitted using the link above. Lot 1: Lot 1 - Workwear- North East Region (North) NEPO are using an Open procedure for the procurement of this Framework Agreement for Workwear and PPE. Lot 1 of the Framework Agreement will be awarded to a maximum of five suppliers per lot able to provide the provision of Workwear in the North of the North East Region. Tenderers will be evaluated in accordance with the award criteria contained within the invitation to tender documents. Lot 2: Lot 2 - Workwear - North East Region (South) NEPO are using an Open procedure for the procurement of this Framework Agreement for Workwear and PPE. Lot 2 of the Framework Agreement will be awarded to a maximum of five suppliers per lot, who are able to provide the provision of Workwear in the South of the North East Region. Tenderers will be evaluated in accordance with the award criteria contained within the invitation to tender documents. Lot 3: Lot 3 - Workwear - National NEPO are using an Open procedure for the procurement of this Framework Agreement for Workwear and PPE. Lot 3 of the Framework Agreement will be awarded to a maximum of five suppliers per lot, who are able to provide the provision of Workwear Nationally. Tenderers will be evaluated in accordance with the award criteria contained within the invitation to tender documents. Lot 4: Lot 4 - PPE Including Safety Footwear - North East Region (North) NEPO are using an Open procedure for the procurement of this Framework Agreement for Workwear and PPE. Lot 4 of the Framework Agreement will be awarded to a maximum of five suppliers per lot, who are able to provide the provision of PPE including Safety Footwear within the North of the North East Region. Tenderers will be evaluated in accordance with the award criteria contained within the invitation to tender documents. Lot 5: Lot 5 - PPE Including Safety Footwear - North East Region - (South) NEPO are using an Open procedure for the procurement of this Framework Agreement for Workwear and PPE. Lot 5 of the Framework Agreement will be awarded to a maximum of five suppliers per lot, who are able to provide the provision of PPE including Safety Footwear within the South of the North East Region. Tenderers will be evaluated in accordance with the award criteria contained within the invitation to tender documents. Lot 6: Lot 6 - PPE Including Safety Footwear - National NEPO are using an Open procedure for the procurement of this Framework Agreement for Workwear and PPE. Lot 6 of the Framework Agreement will be awarded to a maximum of five suppliers per lot, who are able to provide the provision of PPE including Safety Footwear Nationally. Tenderers will be evaluated in accordance with the award criteria contained within the invitation to tender documents. Lot 7: Lot 7 - Uniform Clothing - North East Region (North) NEPO are using an Open procedure for the procurement of this Framework Agreement for Workwear and PPE. Lot 7 of the Framework Agreement will be awarded to a maximum of five suppliers per lot, who are able to provide the provision of Workwear within the North of the North East Region. Lot 8: Lot 8 - Uniform Clothing - North East Region - (South) NEPO are using an Open procedure for the procurement of this Framework Agreement for Workwear and PPE. Lot 8 of the Framework Agreement will be awarded to a maximum of five suppliers per lot, who are able to provide the provision of Workwear within the South of the North East Region. Tenderers will be evaluated in accordance with the award criteria contained within the invitation to tender documents. Lot 9: Lot 9 - Uniform Clothing - National NEPO are using an Open procedure for the procurement of this Framework Agreement for Workwear and PPE. Lot 9 of the Framework Agreement will be awarded to a maximum of five suppliers per lot, who are able to provide the provision of Workwear Nationally Tenderers will be evaluated in accordance with the award criteria contained within the invitation to tender documents. Lot 10: Lot 10 - Specialist & Armoured Uniform - North East Region (North) NEPO are using an Open procedure for the procurement of this Framework Agreement for Workwear and PPE. Lot 10 of the Framework Agreement will be awarded to a maximum of five suppliers per lot, who are able to provide the provision of Specialist & Armoured Uniform within the North of the North East Region. Tenderers will be evaluated in accordance with the award criteria contained within the invitation to tender documents. Lot 11: Lot 11 - Specialist & Armoured Uniform - North East Region - (South) NEPO are using an Open procedure for the procurement of this Framework Agreement for Workwear and PPE. Lot 11 of the Framework Agreement will be awarded to a maximum of five suppliers per lot, who are able to provide the provision of Specialist & Armoured Uniform Clothing within the South of the North East Region. Tenderers will be evaluated in accordance with the award criteria contained within the invitation to tender documents. Lot 12: Lot 12 - Specialist & Armoured Uniform - National NEPO are using an Open procedure for the procurement of this Framework Agreement for Workwear and PPE. Lot 12 of the Framework Agreement will be awarded to a maximum of five suppliers per lot, who are able to provide the provision of Specialist & Armoured Uniform Nationally. Tenderers will be evaluated in accordance with the award criteria contained within the invitation to tender documents. Lot 13: Lot 13 - Crisis Prevention Lot NEPO are using an Open procedure for the procurement of this Framework Agreement for Workwear and PPE. Lot 13 of the Framework Agreement will be awarded to all awarded suppliers on lots 1-12.
