017-BKSNBDNNGY-23 Invitation to tender concession contract for the provision of textiles banks - AWARD

You are invited to tender for the provision of textile bank services (Concession Contract) for Breckland District Council, Broadland District Council, North Norfolk District Council, South Norfolk District Council and Great Yarmouth Borough Council (the "Councils") Procurement Ref: 17/BKSNBDNNDCGY/23. The Councils wish to jointly procure a textile bank provision, collection, and processing service, which generates an income for each Council through the sale of the textiles collected. The operating risk of this contract will sit with the Concessionaire. Breckland District Council will be the lead authority for this project.
