The Donkey Sanctuary seeks to appoint a suitably qualified organisation to undertake a comprehensive Knowledge, Attitudes and Practices (KAP) Assessment and Stakeholder Analysis in Jigjiga City Administration and agreed surrounding peri-urban communities in the Somali Region of Ethiopia. The purpose of the assignment is to generate evidence on the behavioural, social, economic, institutional and service-delivery factors influencing donkey welfare, and to provide recommendations that will inform the design of future donkey welfare programming.
