Northern Land Use and Transport Interaction Model (LUTI)

Published

Description

Transport for the North (TfN) intends to commission support in developing a new Land Use and Transport Interaction (LUTI) model. The new model will be part of TfN's Analytical Framework and will provide key outputs in assessing wider economic benefits of the Northern Powerhouse Rail (NPR) Strategic Outline Case, to be delivered in a co-clienting arrangement between TfN and the Department for Transport (DfT). It would also aid understanding of how NPR would feed into the Government's "levelling-up" agenda. Lot 1: Transport systems consultancy and analytical services.
