The London Borough of Tower Hamlets (Tower Hamlets) is seeking to commission an organisation with the specialist skills and resources to provide a Children's Advocacy and Independent Visitors (IV) Service. This is a single, integrated service. Advocacy and IV are both statutory services required for all Local Authorities with social services responsibilities. Advocacy and IV services play a vital role in safeguarding children and young people by: - protecting them from harm and neglect - helping to empower them so that they can reach their full potential - upholding their human rights.
