Are you a young persons supported accommodation provider in Barnsley, or looking to expand into the Borough? If so, Barnsley Council invites you to a pivotal event focused on shaping the future of supported accommodation services for young people aged 16 to 25 in Barnsley through collaboration. The event will be an opportunity to come together under a shared objective of developing high-quality, sustainable services for care leavers, young people in transition, and those requiring support as they move towards independent living in the Borough. This event is also open to organisations and stakeholders operating within young persons supported accommodation sector. The target audience for this event is supported accommodation providers, housing developers, social workers, commissioners, voluntary sector, and anyone interested in the future of supported accommodation for 16–25-year-olds For further information please download the pre-market engagement document available. The supplier presentation briefing session will be held face to face on 04/02/2026.
