Preliminary Market Engagement for Urgent Community Response and 24hr Response Service (UCR24)

Description

Nottinghamshire County Council is undertaking Preliminary Market Engagement (PME) in relation to a proposed integrated countywide Urgent Community Response (UCR) and 24hr Response service. The proposed service will combine short-term urgent home-based care support with a 24-hour response service for assistive technology / alarm-related call-outs for registered clients. The purpose of this engagement is to seek provider feedback to inform the further development of the service specification, test market appetite and deliverability (including countywide coverage and response expectations), and inform the procurement approach. This engagement is not a call for competition and participation will not confer any advantage or disadvantage in any future procurement process.
